Effective marketing and advertising targeted to qualified potential buyers will virtually always increase the speed and price of a property’s sale. Great design and exposure bring more potential purchasers to see a property, generate interest prior to arrival, and in the best cases, create the level of excitement and competition needed to push sold prices over asking.  

That’s why Katie spends time and money on both.
